All consultations for custom orders are mandatory

Do you take out of state/country clients?

Yes, we take clients that are not within the state or country.

Can I change specifications of a design after I have received a quote?

Yes. A new quote will be provided with the revised specifications. 

how long dose it take to make a garment ?

My turn around is about 3 to 8 weeks. It depends on the complexity of the design.

are consultations refundable? 

Consultations are not refundable. 

Can I send a picture of what I want and you tell me the price.

No, a consultation is required.

How many revisions are allowed for my custom order?

You are allowed up to 3 revisions. A new quote will be provided with the revised specifications.  

Can i rent a dress for my event?

Yes, however ,due to Covid 19 we have suspended this service until further notice 

Do you do shipping?

Yes , shipping cost will be reflected in your set price

Are custom orders returnable?

Custom orders are not returnable due to it being made specifically to your measurements   . 

What happens if I want to order more than one custom piece?

We welcome multiple orders!
